A Little About Myself
Welcome to my website! Unfortunately, I'm not very keen when it comes to webpaging and I'm a complete amateur, so please be patient. I would love to hear any comments and suggestions regarding this site.

harmacology, Neuroanatomy, Pathophysiology, Sports Reporting. Of all of the courses I have taken at The City College of New York, as part of a seven-year medical program, the latter had the most impact on my medical career. As a medical student with only three credits shy of completing a minor in Art, the words “Sports Reporting” glared at me while I flipped through the course bulletin. It was irresistible. I forgot about ceramics, filled my registration form with those two magical words, and never looked back. I started an internship at Sports Illustrated this past January. What a way to start the millennium!

From the moment I covered my first game- Columbia against Yale in the last game of the men’s basketball season- as part of an assignment, I have not been able to let go of this new passion. I love interviewing players and coaches, analyzing statistics during the frantic pace of a tight game, observing details about an event that could bring a story to life for a reader. I love writing. It is for these reasons that I have decided to postpone what would be my third year of medical school to pursue sports journalism.

Since finding journalism, I have worked at The Campus Newspaper at CCNY as both a staff writer and sports editor while attending medical school and presiding over a variety of organizations.

I'm also a FANATIC when it comes to my hometown Knicks & Yanks! You can check out some really cool & informative sports links here.

Besides the sports, med school, and writing, playing ultimate frisbee and enjoying NYC nitelife & restaurants are my passions...as well as the normal chillin' with friends and, of course, shopping! Hey, you're only 23 years old once, right? (Okay, for 365 days)

So, in all, I hope that you enjoy this website. I would really appreciate any input and advice concerning this newfangled computer gizmo stuff ; ) Thanks again for visiting this site and reading my bio, and hopefully I can make this webpage better!
