Outside the Khazan Hall of Justice, the bodies of countless Extras and alien invaders lay all over the place. The Avengers and the JLA, with the help of Outback Man and the Green Spitwad were fighting exhaustion and the invaders at the same time, even with the help of the Extras.

Through the streets, Mr.T, King Ggnictee, Packrat, Sinestro, Gammablast, the Autobots, Mask, and Rim in his EVA fought their way through the streets. Suddenly from behind the T-1000 charged T again, continuing the fight that the two of them had started. As T's allies turned to help him, a wave of alien fire from an angry platoon of alien soldiers cut them off from the battling figures.

Outside a giant building, an army of video game characters fought off the alien invasion. As Duke Nukem and Doom fired rockets into the advancing alien hordes, the trio of Sonic, Knuckels and Tails ran through the alien formation, knocking them off balance and confusing them, allowing the rest of the characters to let loose. A wave of fire burned through the right flank of the alien's formation as Spryo the Dragon swooped in, reducing a large number of aliens to ashes. Mario pulled out a Pokeball, releasing Pikachu who delievered an enormous thunder shock that knocked three aliens down.

In the middle east, a G.D.I base was under heavy attack as alien forces amassed for an assault. The G.D.I commander had already called for an air strike but alien weaponry had already managed to shoot down an entire wave of Orca's. Hum-Vee's hurried through the base, taking down the alien infantry while Medium tanks provided cover fire. All the while S.A.M sites began shooting down alien spit fighters. Suddenly, from behind a large number of light tanks, Flame tanks, Artillery, and Nod buggy's entered the area of fire and began attacking the alien forces. The Brotherhood of Nod launched a well corrodiinated attack, crushing the alien army between their forces and the G.D.I guard towers and Advanced Guard towers. As the alien forces began retreating, the G.D.I commander watched as Nod forces set up a construction yard. Within minutes, they built a tiberium refinery, two airfields, one Hand Of Nod, a half-a-dozen gun turrets and three Obelisks of Light. as The Nod and G.D.I bases stood side by side, it looked like the two armies would begin their long war again. However, as the alien hordes began their attack, both sides desmissed the notions, and the combined armies of G.D.I and the Brotherhood of Nod attacked the alien armies.

En Sabah Nur had been biding his time. Using Khazan's position at the Nexus of all possiblities, he had managed to recreate all the armies that he had lossed in his battle with Darkseid so long ago. Having secured all of Egypt as his base of power, he was waiting for the right time to strike out on the world. Now he was very disturbed about the news that he had been recieving. His borders were under attack by alien soldiers who seemed interested in nothing more than destruction. Yet strangly enough, he welcomed this opprotunity. For En Sabah Nur is none other than the anceint egyptian mutant known as Apocalypse, who for centuries has bosted that in a world where only the strong survive, he is the king of the survivors. Now, he would prove it, to these aliens that would invade his base. Indeed, to the entire multiverse.
