Finding the Captain

It's Easy!

There are a couple of ways that you can find the captain, and here they are!

1.

You can follow the line of clues in this order:

-The Dock
-Zell's House
-Train Station
-The Dock
-Train Station
-The Hotel

2.

You can wait for awhile (about 15 min), and as you approach the Hotel,
he'll be back from patrol.  You can also talk to the dog at the docks,
and he'll lead you to the Hotel (if you don't know where that is!)

3.

You can find the hidden reporter.  In the Dock area, he's hidden
under the army vehicle closest to the screen in the back.  If you have the money,
you can buy hints from him (the "gold" clue leads you to the captain's current location).
