Pepper Steak


1 lb round steak
1 can drained tomatoes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
green, yellow, or red bell pepper
1 med onion
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 tsp soy sauce
1 cup beef bouillon
cornstarch for thickening

Saute the onions, peppers, and celery in the veg oil, then add beef until almost done. Add tomatoes. Add bouillon and simmer for 10-15 min before thickening with 1-2 tbsp cornstarch.
