Sauce
2 lbs pork loin ribs
Dry Spice Rub
4 cups canned tomato sauce
1/2 cup dried tomatos
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 tbsp worchestershire
2 tbsp dried onion
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
Dry Spice Rub
1 cup chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp seasoned salt
Rub ribs with the Dry Spice Rub and refridgerate 4-6 hours. Combine all remaining ingredients, and 1/2 cup of the dry spice rub. Cook over a low heat for 3 hours.
Grill ribs over low flame for 3-5 hours, basting near the end of cooking time.
