Basic Training: The character receives the following skills as part of his basic training:

Special: Characters with INT and EDU 7+ may enter Officer Candidate School (OCS). If so, they receive 'Officer Skills' (see below), are commissioned as Ensigns, and then conduct their first term normally. 		NCO Skills: When an enlisted sailor gains their first promotion, they gain a level in each of the following skills:

  • Persuasion
These skills are permanently added to their subsequent skills list.
