Promotions

Recommendations for promotions of guild members will be made by the Baron or Baroness over each legion. The Baron(ess) will turn in his or her recommendations to the Count or Countess, who in turn will review them and make his or her own recommendations before forwarding them to the Prince and Princess.

Rank and promotions will be based on the following:

How active the member is in the guild, if they are present on channel, how helpful they are with guild functions and activities, how long the member has been with the guild and have there been any issues during their membership. Members are asked to spend as much time as possible on the guild channel.

The Prince and Princess will have final say on members promoted to the Royal House. Suggestions can be made via the Chain of Command for consideration for open positions on the Round Table. All rank promotions will be submitted to the Prince and Princess for review before being sent to the RH and RT for a vote. Any member of the guild has the right to recommend another member for promotion or medals using the proper chain of command.
