Name: Prince GoroOrigin: Outworld Race: Shokan Playable Debut: Mortal Kombat Trilogy Unplayable Debut: Mortal Kombat Story: Years ago, Shang Tsung enlisted Goro's aid when the sorcerer lost to Kung Lao in Mortal Kombat. The half-dragon defeated Kung Lao and Tsung sapped the monk's soul. Goro reigned as the Mortal Kombat champion for the Outworld for nine generations, it had been corrupted and the Shaolin were now alienated from the very tournament they had created.
Then in 1993 Goro fell to the hands of Liu Kang and disappeared. Little did anyone else know, he was tracked down by the Elder Gods and banished to the Netherealm.
Goro joined Shinnok's army of Darkness and waged war against the human that had taken his title from him: Liu Kang. Quan Chi promised Goro to give him Liu Kang if the half-dragon served Shinnok well. |
