The flames Envelop all that surrounds
I am cause to it's mighty destruction...
Melting....crisping and burning
Greens going brown..to black and then to ash
Carried away by the wind..like it never belonged
Nothing to stop it as it swallows all in sight
leaving nothing in the path but empty sadness

A feeling of sorrow upon it's gaze
and thoughts of beauty now erased
Gone are the things that once brought smiles
and now brings tears to a lonely child

A part of me, now left vacant
due to error and disconcern
A care not given let the fire burn

plees of forgivness are nigh never enough
For dry empty eyes show no sorrow


Follow the path; Is all they say
I worry not...i'll find my way
Forgetting no mistakes that i once made
But all those feelings..they finally fade
I've found a new calling upon this day
To help what's lost..turn green from grey
