Obone's a strange individual. He doesn't usually speak totally coherant, but if you listen to him, you start to learn his own little version of the common language. A highly skilled enchanter, his services are often sought by his friends. It is arguable that he's the most skilled enchanter to walk the Shadowlands in a long, long time. His work is always first class, and always done quickly.
