12. Account Configuration
This screen is where you set the initial root password and add users to
the new system.
12.1 Root Password
The "root" accound is the same as an "administrator" account. It is the
all powerful account that has full access to the entire system. This account
must be kept secure, otherwise the entire system is at risk. Even if this
is only on your personal computer and not used in a business, this is an
important concept.
12.2 Adding Users
This is another important concept that is different than Windows. You should
create at least one other user account to use normally, instead of using
the root acount all the time. This prevents you from doing any damage to
your system without knowing any better.
