Description

The Silver Bumper is the first and only fetish created by the Ragabash Gerijold. Basically you attach it to the front of an automobile and run down Black Spirals. It does, however, have the ability to take the automobile and its occupants into the Penumbra (Gnosis of the Driver vs. Gnosis of the fetish + Gauntlet strength). All Garou in the vehicle have an effective Gnosis rating of -1.
