Level Three Gift

Description

Using this gift, the Garou can open a fold in his/her skin that leads to an isolated part of the Umbra. Usually it is in the Dreamtime and has had the Rite of the Shrouded Glen cast on it. The Garou must spend a Gnosis point to open and close the fold. Once the fold is opened, the Garou may place any number of objects in the pouch and when reopened, retrieve the object of his/her choice. Dreamtime servants watch the objects and place the wanted object in the Garou's hand when the fold is reopened. Fetishes may not be kept in the pouch, because the Dreamtime servants might release the spirit in the object.
