22 Ways to annoy everyone else using ICQ

1. make yourself available for random chats, and then just don't fill out any info
2. always have yourself in DND mode, for no reason whatsoever
3. communicate only with Web Page Adresses
4. change your info on an hourly basis
5. use only one word at a time in your messages
6. invite people to chat a large session with lots of other people you have just invited, and then just leave
7. put someone on your invisible list, start talking to them, get offended, repeat
8. send everyone you know your entire contact list every day for a month
9. invite someone to a chat, telling them its really important that they accept, and once they get it, forget what it was and then leave saying you are too busy to talk right now
10. delete everyone on your list, and then when the message you, add them again. delete them afterwards
11. rotate your current users in accordance with the lunar cycle
12. file send them all of your messages, and only use your messages to tell them to download your files so that you can talk
13. if anyone sends you a mass mail, send it back to them 20 times (you should do that anyway)
14. get everyone you know on ICQ and then email them constantly, putting yourself in "N/A" mode the entire time
15. delete your account and create a new user, and then add everyone you know to that user...every day at midnight
16. insist that you don't trust that someone else isn't reading your message, and force everyone on your list to use a secret code. teach them to use this code over ICQ
17. don't authorize anyone that adds you unless you put them through a long, drawn out screening process. find out how often they are online, the frequency of messages, etc. quiz them on there info and then document the findings in a medical journal. only authorize if they complain sometime before this point.
