Parthenon Remains

         What I liked about this museum is that it just seemed like the british empire just raided EVERY place that they once controlled. The British Museum had almost all of the remains of the parthenon. Apparently in the 1700's or sometime around there the Turks accidently set off a bomb which, as you can see from today, almost completely destroyed the building. All the sculptures and artwork on the sides of the building were recovered by the British and are almost all in the museum. It's really cool.
