The Entrance To Europe

         So the first day was a sucess....kind of. I left Austin at approximately 10:15 on a plane to Houston. The plane ride was from all counts was uneventful. I fell asleep about 5 minutes after take-off and woke up right before we landed.
         In the Houston airport I was confused about how to get a boarding ticket for the next flight considering they weren't connecting flights. I ended up just leaving the departure area to the entrance of the Airport and checked back in from there. The flight to London was better than most. I had a window seat and the middle seat seemed to be the only middle seat on the whole plane that was empty. I enjoyed it. I watched the Pursuit of Happiness and Shawshank Redemption.
         I got to London an hour late so I missed the flight I was reserved for and the later flight was booked solid. So I ended up going to the Airport Hilton which is where I am now. I ordered some dinner last night and just sat down and surfed the internet. I'm getting ready for my flight to Toulouse and should be leaving shortly.
