There's now a temporary mirror at tripod, available at http://turkishguy.tripod.com. However, looking at all the damage their ad system/propoganda did to my layout, I'm wondering how the heck I'm going to fix that...

Battousai's birthday is today - everyone wish him a happy birthday and many spankings :p

mIRC 5.9 has been released - tons of fixes for you scripters, and lots of new features for the rest of you to try out. Go download mIRC 5.9 and have fun.

If you guys haven't noticed, we've had some members come and go, and return as well. Thane has disappeared, appearing only occasionally under different nicks, but never to #turkishguy. S_T_E_V_E has returned back to the channel, though never staying for long - hey, we welcome him back anyways, right? Psyfrex doesn't come on as much anymore, and neither does stepr, nor Ailsean. Heck. Lots of our old members have gone off, for new and better things...

Updated the collage to include paroxysm' (the member formerly known as hilikus). Image map also updated. As long as I have his picture, I took time to update paroxysm's profile as well. (Update: the links for these are now broken, and paroxysm's pictures removed)

Added an AIM column on the contacts section. Shows the AIM screen name, plus you can click on it to send the person a message. AIM doesn't allow for checking of a person's status, so you may be just sending something in vain.. Oh, you need AIM to msg the person (duh :P)

I have added image map to the collage on the page here. It links to each person's profile (or something related to them if they have none), plus if you leave mouse over sections you can see their names.

I have a collage of the turkishguy regulars. Included are people who are nighters or have been on the channel for a long while. Click here to take a look, it refreshs after a minute back to this page, as an experiment. It's also located in Images section. I created the collage as a symbol of the regulars of the channel. I'd been trying to do one for a long while but haven't gotten the inspiration till now. Hopefully... it shows how much I think everyone on the channel is a part of #turkishguy... how much our lives cross at different points, and how much in awe I am of the guys there (well... some of them, anyways)...
