Weak Ki Moves
Nova Blast: A blast of Nova Energy that knocks the enemy back and down.
Shimmer: A technique that allows the user to teleport from place to place and stay invisible for periods of time.
Ki Blast: A normal Ki Blast.
Fireball: A ball of Fire is thrown at the enemy.
Lightning Orb: A ball of Electricity is thrown at the enemy. When and if it connects, the electricity surrounds him/her completely and shocks them for a few seconds.
Medium Ki Moves
Lava Plume Arrow: A large Plume of Lava 100 meters high in the shape of an arrow is shot at the enemy. Sometimes charged on Rapter so he can rush forward and slam into the enemy with a large, fiery blast connected with it.
Kienzen: A disk of Ki energy that whatever it hits cuts straight through. Can be controlled in any direction.
Drill Beam: A beam charged with the left index and middle finger. The beam is about the size of a baseball and will pierce and cut through anything, leaving a baseball size hole.
Gatlink Gun: A large Kamehameha like beam fired at the enemy, usually larger than the enemy. Large Ki Blasts are shot through the beam, so if the beam is being blocked, the Large Ki Blasts would help bounce the Gatlink Beam farther into it's hit. Smaller Ki Blasts are also being shot around it in a spiral formation.
Finishers
Megaton Beam: A large beam charged with the right palm. The beam is very large and wide, always at least 15ft. high and wide in a cylinder form. The peak of it is 1 mile high and wide, but Rapter has yet met that Power Level.
Nova Flame: A bright beam of Nova energy charged in the mouth. When the beam is fired out, it goes out small for a few feet, then shoots up to a 10ft. high and wide flamethrower of Nova energy that would torch ANYTHING to ashes.

Origin Of Character:
Up through school on Tesgrat, he was ahead of his class, getting the highest grades possible. After completing all of school he could, he built himself a small ship. With that, he headed towards Earth. When entering the Earth's atmosphere, his ship started to burn up. He shimmered out of the ship and ended up in some woods. There, he build himself a small home and hunts animals for food. He scavenges junk yards, mainly military ones, for important parts for his weapons shop. Stays at his Simulation Training Dome.
