Go to the password screen. Then press PLEASE and two letters:

EE = Ice zone

FF = Island zone

GG = Pterandanon Pond

HH = City of Forever

II = Under Caves

KK = Deep City

OO = Last Fight

QQ = Origin Beach

UU = Marble Sea

WW = Open Ocean

ZZ = Ridge Water

To go to one of the icey levels with unlimited air press: KNUCKLES.
