Poster Rules:
1) No excessive flaming. This will be judged by the forum moderators and administrators.
2) No discussion of religious topics that are not tied into Star Wars. If you would like to talk about how Star Wars relates to Christianity, or any other religion, that is fine. However, be careful what you say, religion is a very sensitive topic and our 5 forum founders will be watching threads of that nature very carefully. What is acceptable will be decided by the administrators.
3) Attempt to keep sexual references down to a minimum. It is fine to joke around, there is nothing wrong with that, but be sensitive of other people who may not want to hear things that are either above their head, or offensive to them. Some people feel uncomfortable with comments of this nature, just respect their rights if they ask you to keep it down. What is acceptable will be decided by the administrators.
4) You are not to question the acts of an administrator or a moderator on the forum, you must do it through e-mail or through ICQ.

Rules Concerning Forum Administrators and Moderators:
1) There are 5 governing posters on this forum, and those are Austin1138, FoxDVD, JonathanLB (also by the name of Jonathan1138), Defender of the Jedi, and BizRodian. These 5 posters run the forum, and I (Jonathan) trust all of them to make the right decisions in all matters whatsoever. You will respect their decisions in forum matters, and if you don’t agree with them, you can e-mail me and ask me about the decision. Almost all of the time, however, I will uphold the decision made by my colleagues.
2) There is to be no vote held on the forum regarding any forum security matters such as banning, removal of position, or editing/closing of threads unless it is instigated by a majority of the forum founders. If 3 forum founders e-mail each other, or ICQ each other, and decide to take a vote on banning a user, for example, that vote can be participated in by all forum users.
3) NO FORUM USER is to be banned without Just Cause for banning (severe violation of the rules), and without a forum vote. There is only ONE instance where there will be no vote, and that is if a user is destroying forum property (spamming the forum, moderator gone crazy, etc.). In all other cases whatsoever, EVERY USER deserves a fair trial and a fair vote. If, however, 3 out of 5 administrators decide that there is NO JUST CAUSE for banning, there will be no vote no matter what the users think. Everyone deserves a fair trial, everyone deserves fairness. You will not be banned for expressing your opinions, and you will not be banned for trivial matters. You will only be banned in severe cases, and even then only through a vote among all of our users.
4) There will be cases where a temporary banning will be handed down. If, for example, a user goes ballistic and starts swearing at people, but they have been an otherwise good poster, they’ll be given a temporary banning and then after that period they can come back. The duration of the temporary banning will be determined based on the severity of the action.
5) None of the forum founders will be taken out of their positions on this forum, they have stuck together through a lot of events, and they are all good people. Not one of them is to be questioned for any actions on the forum, and not one of them will be considered for banning, for being de-moderated, or for being de-administrated (taking away their positions). The administrators are good enough people to know when they have made a mistake, and in a situation where they may have done something wrong, they will most likely admit that, and decide their own consequences.

Amendment 1: The user in question for banning may not vote in his/her own banning.

Amendment 2: Swearing is ok, just not at people, in an unfriendly manner. What is acceptable will be decided by the administrators.

Amendment 3: HyperEopie has decided to leave, and no longer be an administrator. BizRodian shall replace his position as administrator.
