Welcome to the Romulan Star Republic, a sub-division of the United Confederation of Interstellar Planets (Internet). This guide aims to help you, as an officer of a Rihannsu SIM, to learn our ways of life, and the way we SIM in the RSR. Members of the division enjoy the fun of portraying officers of this enigmatic race through their SIMs. We even utilize a limited Romulan language to help give our SIMs a stronger feeling of reality.
This Guide has been developed over the years since the UCIP, and the RSE in particular, was founded. Initial content was wholly developed by UCIP members, although additional information has since been borrowed from various other Rihannsu based sites, such as the TOS TrekMUSE Romulan site and The Way of D`Era role playing game. Additionaly, the more resent developement of the New Rihannsu Republic has come to require new materials for this guide. New and interesting sources of Romulan material are always welcome - so feel free to send web addies to the Division Commander.
