New Characters:

Perfect Cell- the third and most powerful Cell. He has the same techniques 
as the other Cells, but with other tricks up his sleave...

The Story:

The story continues with Cell still being pinned by Tenshifen's Shin Kikou
Hou. During this time, 18 Gou and 16 Gou manage to run away.  Tenshifen is 
totally exhausted so he collapses to the ground. Cell is about to kill him 
when Goku teleports to their spot. He tells Cell to wait 1 day and then he 
can beat the crap out of Cell. Cell laughs at this because he does not think
much can be done in 1 day. Gokou then senses Piccolo's ki and teleports 
Tenshifen and Piccolo back on top of Korin Tower.  Meanwhile, Cell continues
on his search for 18 Gou.

Kuririn, who was looking for Bulma, finally meets up with her and she gives 
him the device that will destroy 18 Gou, but he must be within 10 meters to 
activate the device...

Back on top of Korin Tower, Piccolo is telling everyone of Cell's incredible
power when Mr. Popo calls out that Trunks and Vegeta have come out. Trunks 
apologizes for taking such a long time. He explains that Vegeta seemed to 
go Saiya-jin 2 after 2 months, but didn't quite understand it.  Vegeta tells
everyone that he alone can defeat Cell, Piccolo and Tenshifen are amazed.  
Bulma arrives at Korin Tower and notices that Trunk's hair is longer but 
Vegeta's is not. Vegeta explains that a pure Saiya-jin's hair does not 
change once he/she is born. Bulma then gives everyone the battle armor that 
everyone wore on Planet Namek, but Piccolo and Tenshifen don't want to wear
it. Vegeta and Trunks fly off, not before Goku gives Trunks 2 Sensu Beans 
and wishes them good luck.

Cell, who was looking for 18 Gou thinks he should have caught up with them 
with his new super speed, so he thinks that they have hid on an island. He 
starts blowing up islands and finally gets to the one where 16 and 18 Gou 
are when Vegeta appears and picks a fight. He changes to his "new" form and 
proceeds to beat Cell up. Cell powers up to full power but that still isn't 
enough. Vegeta expresses his dissappointment in Cell. Cell says that if he 
was in Perfect form, he could easily defeat Vegeta. Hearing this, Vegeta 
lets Cell go to morph into Perfect form.  Trunks tries to stop Cell, but 
then Cell spots 18 Gou and flys toward her. Trunks tries to follow and Cell 
uses his Tenyou Ken and sucks in 18 Gou. Cell finally turns into Perfect 
Cell! Take note: this is all while Goku and Gohan train in the Room of 
Spirit and Time.

Kuririn can't believe 18 Gou is gone and starts to attack Perfect Cell, but
none of his attacks are effective. Cell smiles and kicks Kuririn in the 
head, almost killing Kuririn.  Trunks runs over and gives him a Sensu Bean.
Meanwhile, Vegeta starts to fight Cell.  At first, it seems that they are
even, but Vegeta knows that Cell is not even trying, so Cell says he will 
try a little.  Vegeta kicks Cell in the head, but has no effect. He now 
knows that he made a big mistake fighting Perfect Cell.  Vegeta then uses 
his best attack: Final Flash and tells Cell that if he dodges the attack, 
he is a coward. Cell stands there and ends up losing an arm.  Vegeta thinks 
he is victorious, but Cell reminds him that he has Piccolo's genes and 
regenerates his body. With that done, Cell ,quickly takes care of Vegeta and
is about to kill him when Trunks turns Super Saiya-jin 2...
