Directions back to Main are: sw, nw, e, open hatch, 3d, w, out, 6w, 11s.
It is also possible to bypass the Horner by climbing up the outside of the lighthouse, typing pry grate, and then climbing up onto the walkway. You'll want to move quickly if you choose this option so that the grate does not close behind you.
