This short comedy doujinshi is entirely based on Movie 2 (World's Strongest). It plays with most scenes that involved Piccolo or Gohan, and even the infamous "oh, nou!" pun.

ACT was a reasonably well-known and very prolific circle around 1990. This book, unlike "Kuchibue no Kimochi," shows some good reason for their popularity. I have no other ACT books, so this may be due to their cooperation with Yokohama Tuxedo Club in creating "Pikkoro-san Daisuki."

There are plenty of sight gags requiring little or no understanding of Japanese here. In my favorite of them, Gohan frees Piccolo of the mind control by singing Piccolo-san Daisuki until the crystal vein things explode.

The art is expressive, but cartoonish and low on detail. Anatomy ranges from decent to terrible; inking is often pretty rough. There are track marks smeared from the tops and bottoms of a few pages in my copy. The text is all hastily hand-written, making some kanji nearly unreadable.

"Pikkoro-san Daisuki" is a cute book, but it's not worth much more than its original price of about $3. Save your money for a better doujinshi.
