Intended Flavor: Chocolate and banana on a plain stick. Review Date: September 9, 2005 Glico has done banana Pocky before to good effect, and they've improved on the basics here. This Pocky has the odor of fresh banana bread, accompanied by sweet chocolate. The concept of a banana-chocolate cake is conveyed perfectly. And, of course, it's decorated beautifully. My only complaint is that it's a little bit sweeter than it ought to be. The raw sensation of sweet almost overpowers the banana flavor. But it still tastes like a chocolate-banana decoration cake on a stick. There is no trace of chemical aftertaste, only chocolate. Simply delicious.
