This is a simple cheat to get, but not easy like runway, the target time is reasonable and you can't take your time. This is a very large level so that you will have to use the tank most of the time to get through it quick enough. Because there is a timer on the bottom of the screen, you know your progress. If the timer is still over 3:15 when you finish the level, you got the cheat.
Start out by strafing forward, take a left and quickly strafe to the tank ignoring all the guards, then press B while on top of the tank. Drive down the street and take a right. From now on, avoid any parked cars as the explosions will inflict damage and slow you down. You can forget about focusing on running over enemies and avoiding civilians, just run over anyone (good or bad guys) who gets in your way, you can afford to have many casualties before failing your first objective. Turn left at the end, then another left, in the middle of the road there will be three cars parked across the middle of the road that will be very difficult to avoid so just run over them. Take a right turn now
and head striaght for the road block, running over it along with any one who gets in the way, some guard may fire rockets at you from the street on the side, ignore them. At the end of the road, turn right, if the guards there have rocket launchers, weave back and forth to avoid a damaging hit. Turn left to the street on the side after driving past the guards, stay on the left side of the road to avoid the two cars in the middle of it. Then turn left to run over the land mines, don't worry, you will take very little damage. Where the road splits, take a left and follow the road, rockets may be fired at you, so weave back and forth to avoid a direct hit. One you reach the guards, turn right, and then right again at the end of the street. Down this street on the left side is another road, go that way. Avoid the two parked cars and complete the level without a single shot fired (objective a and b completed).
Ememy Rockets
This cheat is pretty pointless, it gives all enemies rocket launchers. It is not fun having everone fire rockets at you, so you lose half your life or die almost immediately if anyone fires a single shot at you. I think that the reason Rare put this in the game was to gave true Goldeneye experts a real challenge where Bond must kill the enemy before they fire single shot, but his is just way too challenging. Not all enemies get rocket launchers, "regenerating" enemies (you know, when there is an endless number of enemies that keep on comming out forever, like when protecting Natalya in Control) get their normal weapons. When I got enemy rockets, the only reason was to be able to pick up rocket launchers dropped by dead enemies to use them in the level, and then I all out stopped using enemy rockets
once I got the 2x rocket launchers cheat.
