This is my friends server in Finland. On a 28.8 connection and its a little distorted

Thats me with the good ping. It may say have high Packet Loss but i couldn't feel it. It ran very smooth too. And the guy loosing, he owns the server. And it may say that his ping was higher, but it does that if you have a server run by Windows 95. Also it didnt lag for him. Still a 28.8 connection.

 

This is a recent picture on the ]Bs[ Server of my ping on a 26.4 connection. And we all know ]Bs['s server is laggy sometimes!!
