Terms & How Elected Members of the House of Representatives are elected every two years. The minimum age to be a representative is 25, a senator is 30, and a president is 35. This branch of government is elected by the people of the United States. He shall hold office for the term of four years with a Vice-President chosen for the same term. They’re elected by the votes of the Electoral Congress Judges shall hold their offices during good behavior, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office. The judges are appointed by the president and are approved by the senate
