ARMOR: Khornate Demon lords have a modifiable chaos armor save of 3+ on 2D6. All other Demon Lords have a demonic saving throw of 4+ on a D6.
WEAPONS: The Demon lord may have a Demon Weapon, wich causes D3 wounds and automatically wounds psykers, or may chose to fight with its claws, fangs, and spikes, wich has the same effect as a Demon Weapon.
REWARDS: The Demon Lord may have up to 2 rewards (nurgle demon lords must pay an extra 15 pts to have wings).
SPECIAL: Demon Lords cause Horror. Horror is the same as Terror, troops must test when within 10 inches, instead of 8 inches, and must subtract -2 from their leadership.
COMMANDER: The Demon Lord is the army commander and has a strategy rating of 0 for setting up, but has a strategy rating of 6 for going first.

SPECIAL: All special rules in the Codex Imperialis apply, except lesser demons may use extended coherency, and Bloodletters suffer from frenzy.
PSYCHICS: Daemonettes, Plaguebearers, and Horrors have psychic abilities according to Dark Millenium.
STEEDS: Any lesser demon squad may ride on a demonic steed of the appropriate power. Squads of steeds may be as small as 3 models -- the normal minimum size restrictions do not apply, although the maximum resctrictions do. (Who can afford that many demons riding demons anyway?)

SPECIAL: All special rules in the Codex Imperialis apply, except Flamers use a different type of flame attack.
This flame attack uses a flamer template. Roll to hit for each model under the template, normal to hit modifiers apply. If the model is only partially covered, then subtract -1 from the to hit roll. All models suffer a S4 hit, with a -2 save modifer, that does D3 wounds.
