The presentation is the same as before, the other file is a zipped file with 2 files in it, the most recent excel file and the case itself.

The case is more or less complete I've added an intro and a conclusion, edited the TOC and rewritten the bullets concerning why the returns go down, I've also re formatted the text and added a few things here and there and put in the Motorola intro.

The only thing left is to put page numbers on the TOC and properly write the biblio.
