Many things have happened since my last journal entry. But I have been too lazy to write about them. So now I shall.

The biggest event is that I came out to my mother. It was just a spur of the moment kind of thing. Her immediate reaction was to say "no, julia, no!". Then we both started crying. I tried to explain to her how hard it was for me to tell her and I needed her support. Finally she told me she would love me no matter what, but she didn't know if she could accept it. But all in all I am happy that I told her. Now I have no secrets from her. Well, except the fact that I am still smoking.

I talked to my ex-boyfriend, Peter. We had this horrid break-up. I dumped him cuz I found out he was insane. And he was really mean to me afterwards. I thought it was just because he is a bastard. But, he told me that he cried for three days straight and that he had really loved me. He said I broke his heart. Then I told him about Robin, and he told me about Meredith, his new girly. He informed me he always knew I was a lesbian. Ha! Then he said the sweetest thing, "I'm glad you're a lesbian." I asked him why and he said "There aren't enough beautiful lesbians in this world." AWWWWWW!!! That made me smile.

On Tuesday I dyed my hair flaming red. Its very awesome. And everyone has told me so. Some boy in my chemistry class (a guy I have never talked to) actually told me my hair looks nice!! That was really weird cuz boys don't usually comment on hair.

Well, Robin and I had our first fight. I dunno if it was exactly a fight, more like a misunderstanding. But I hurt her feelings I think. It all turned out good though cuz she wrote me this email expressing all that she felt. Turns out she really does like me and I am completely insane.

I was pissed today cuz Kum walks into school with flaming red streaks in her hair. Can we say copycat? Well, her's is just hair mascara and will wash out. She said it was an "Omage to Julia". Hmph!!

We were planning on going to kickboxing tonight, but when we were almost there, she goes "I don't want to go to kickboxing, let's go to Starbucks." So, we went there and I had my fave--an iced cafe mocha, and she had a cafe americano. I really hate that, I dunno how she can drink it. Anyways, we sat outside smoking and drinking coffee and this guy who must have been in his thirties was being really loud and obnoxious and he was hitting on us. So we informed him we were Bible bouncers and wanted to know when was the last time he talked to God. He decided not to talk to us too much after that, which was fine.

My little Robin is going to California for 4 days. I will miss that girl.
