Duwarabul is the archetypal dwarf - short, stocky and powerfully built, with a beard hanging to the middle of his chest and the constitution of an ox. He is typical in temperament too - loyal to friends, but quick to anger and slow to forget a slight. Duwarabul could easily be taken for a typical mercenary, since he dresses in durable, sensible clothes - and when expecting a fight, carries a heavy crossbow and wears heavy armor. However, he is quick on his feet, and stealthy. When there's a profit to be made, he is ready to doff his armour and use guile instead of force. Of course, he's happiest to combine the two... Duwarabul is of course, a conversion to Hero system of a well-loved D&D character. |
