This sheet can be used to generate generic warrior types - lower grade samurai, ashigaru or gamblers (for the latter two, use the Heiman skill list), militant priests (for these use the Bonze skill list) or the armed peasant militia sometimes illegally formed in troubled areas.
Note that these are still men (or women) with a significant degree of warrior training - they are faster than normals, have combat skills and can have CVs of up to 6, which is quite respectable. They represent the bulk of veteran troops or well trained guards. For your average rabble, simply use normals.
