Halfbreeds of the Realms,

This notice is in address to yourselves. These are grave times, and many of you probably live in dread of the Queen's army. Fear not, those of you who are impure. For altho you are abominations, it is understood that you cannot help what you are. The Queen understands, for the depths of Her wisdom cannot be expressed with mortal words.

It has been decided by the Queen, that your lives will be spared, and take heart in knowing that your futures have been planned, and you have nothing to worry about.

In these times of great wars, espionage and propoganda, those that oppress have twisted the Queen's Vision, conformed it into a work of barbarism. These that would seek to force you into their religious folds, or their "noble goals". They have led you to believe that Her honourable Army would oppress you, by making you servants. But it is not an oppression, but a freedom. The Queen has decided to allow each and every one of you to fullfill your destinies.

Your lives have been simplified, and you will be taken care of, as a mother would care for her malformed or mentally slow children. Consider the honor that will be given to you, as a servant to those above you. To those of you who are having trouble contimplating this glorious future, or might even oppose it, the Queen has provided for you there as well. For each of Her Soldiers are not only bringers of peace, but teachers. Seek them out, and they will provide the education you require.
