Words often heard recently in Haven. These words are true- I, Belor Tripfellow, am an outlaw, or so I have been labelled as one. I will not say that i am innocent, but I will not say that i am guilty either. That is not for me to decide, and so i seek Justices... who may give me a fair trial and decide my fate.
