Welcome to the Magic: the Gathering Hints and Tips Page!

As you are walking along the endless shelves of the library, a book catches your eye. On the cover there are five symbols. You don't have the slighest idea what they mean but they intrigue you.

"Something catch your eye?" Edgar asks you.

Before you can answer Sabin blurts out something.

"Shadow! What are you doing here?"

Shadow is sitting at a table in a dark area of the Library, looking at a book that is identicial to yours. "This game interests me, I would like to learn how to play. So I came here looking for info on how to play."

"Sorry, but if you want to learn how to play, you should probably buy a deck or go to Wizards (the makers of magic) Website, Here I'll show you the way "

*Disappears mysteriously*

"That's Shadow for ya."

Weenie Creatures

Weenie Creatures refer to small creatures, usally 1/1 or 2/2, and don't cost more than 2 mana. Therefore, they get out very Quickly, and waste your oppenent before he can put any thing down.

Cards That help weenie decks, but cost low mana

In this section are cards that help weenie decks, that cost low mana, so they are out fast too.

There are three cards, (White, Red, and Black) That help weenie decks immensely, they are bad moon, (black) effect: All Black Creatures get +1/+1, this will make all of your black cards strongers, and kill your oppenent faster. Crusade (white) does the same thing, all white creature get +1/+1, just for white though. Orcish Oriflamme, (Red) reads: all attacking creatures you control get +1/+0, this is good since it only gives the bonus to your creatures, but it won't take up your creatures life.

Another great Card for weenie decks is Giant Growth, this will temporally pump it up to a 4/4 or a 5/5!!!
