My current plans are as follows:
(as of 10-11-03) Mage is officially on hold. Frank's got a project that he wants me to assist him with, so the game's going to be on standby until we are able to find the time to play it, which could be a while. Oh well. I'll still leave all this stuff up here, just so that when things are finally restored we can pick up where the game left off.
This Week:
The Dojo of the Awakened Bear, a College Chantry of the Akashic Brotherhood, seems to have stumbled onto a plot deeper than the PCs are allowed to know. Shirow Kanzaki, the japanese head of the Chantry, is worried that the death of Verbena Alfred Bolorn is the smoke produced from a distant flame that has the potential to become a raging inferno. He has dispatched two Brothers, one a recent addition and the other a member of the Dojo staff, to retrieve a folder from a cabin located deep within werewolf-infested woods. What awaits them at the cabin? Why was Bolorn tortured and killed? The answers are closer than the Disciples of Magick realize...and they just may prove fatal....
The Scene:
This game takes place in a city called Serriksville, located in central Pennsylvania in the United States of America. The city is surrounded by acres upon acres of hilly woodland, home to many a supernatural critter. Tradition mystics are fairly common within the city, but word has it that the Technocracy has its sights set on Serriksville, but they have yet to make their move.
The Players:
This troupe is fairly ballanced. Frank sticks to his Do, the NPC won't part with his guns, and Bob can do a little bit of both, although he seems to prefer his firearms to martial arts.
Highlights:
Kanzaki hands Frank a revolver. "Just in case," he tells the disciple. "Use it sparingly." Frank checks the ammunition. Silver bullets. The expression of Frank's face was priceless. Garou were never mentioned in the conversation...they never had to be. I can amaze even myself sometimes.
