Note that the values do not always match up with the proper converted values. These prices were taken directly out of Manacle and Coin, and some items seem to cost more in Silver than they do in Jade and vice-versa. For example, the Knife used to cost 2 Obols, more than the Short Sword, for some reason, but even more curious is that the Silver price read "4 Dinars," less than the item above it, which is half of what the Knife should be at 2 Obols (16 Dinars).

This price table is, aside from that clearly necessary adjustment, unmolested from the values in Manacle and Coin. I will adjust the values to make sense at a later date and display them in a seperate table, just as I will upload the complete cost table from Manacle and Coin as soon as I can get my hands on a copy.

Addendum:"Depends. An average peasant is said to earn no more than 1-2 obols a year (having ressources 0). With Ressources 2, your spendable money amounts to abou 16 obols a year. So you would need at least Ressources 3 to use the device at all. However, renting it out may not be such a good idea, considering its potency. Someone might kill to obtain it... Oh, neat. I just found an error on the Manacle & Coin Table for Ressources = Cash on page 122. Under Ressources 1, it lists Jade: less than 1 mina/year, under Ressources 2, less than 1 shekel/year. However, according to p. 107, a shekel is less than a mina. The rest of the listings seem ok. Hmm." - quote from White Wolf forums.
