Copyright 2004 Chris Yarmel© Chris: 1 is the loneliest number Tim: no, 8 is Tim: I mean look at that thing Tim: it's a single continuous line Chris: .....and... one isnt a single line? at least that line keeps itself companies when it touches itself 1 doesnt even have that Tim: ......well technically you could say that about any number except 8 Tim: ....and 0 Chris: 9 touches itself techincally Tim: ....touche Tim: ...damn, I've got nothing Chris: depending on what kind of 4 it is it can touch Chris: 6 Chris: lol damn talk about an unsound theory Tim: okay, what about 2 3 5 7 Tim: okay then Chris: lol Chris: dont know how that come up Tim: lol, me either Chris: 2,3,5, and 7 you say? Tim: damn that AI Tim: exactly Chris: ok here it goes Chris: 7 isnt the lonliest because 7 ate nine Chris: 2 can be as bad as one its the lonliest number since the number one but it never gets lonlier than one Tim: you still have 2 3 and 5 Tim: okay Tim: 3 and 5 Chris: and 3's company Tim: .....I can't believe you can come up with all these cheesy remarks that can work for the arguement Chris: lol Chris: Im just that good plus Im supposed to be writing a paper so meaningless discussion is helping me avoid it Tim: ...fair enough Chris: now to address 5 Tim: what about 5, genius Tim: lol Chris: have you seen Quest for the holy grail? Tim: yeah...once Chris: when they're addressing the number of seconds to count to when using the Holy Handgrenade they say 1,2,3(all of which I have proven are lonely numbers) then they say 5 is right out meaning its not included in the lonely numbers therefore isnt lonely and if it isnt lonely how can it be lonelier than 1? Chris: satisfied? Tim: actually no, lol, that didn't prove that because you proved that 2 and 3 were NOT lonely numbers Tim: :-P Chris: no no Chris: 2 can be as bad as 1 its the LONELIEST number since the number 1 Tim: but 3's company, remember? Chris: company cant be lonely? Chris: i dont remember that being a problem Tim: EXACTLY Tim: you said three was a lonely number after you proved it wasn't Chris: i didnt prove it wasnt a lonely number Chris: i proved it wasnt AS lonely Chris: as 1 Tim: it's in company Tim: therefore it's not lonely Chris: look at the 1 and 5 key at the top of your keyboard 5 has a % with it but 1 only has a ! which is basically a one with a piece cut off Chris: so five has itself and two little o's keeping it company Chris: 1 is only 1 Tim: ah yes, but if you look at it in that sense, look at the position of the keys. the one still has the 2 next to it Tim: :-P Chris: AH HA! Chris: but 5 has 6 and 4 next to it Chris: thats 2 numbers near it as opposed to 1 number next to 1 Tim: yes, but it still has 2 Tim: lol Chris: well you said a company cant be lonely! Chris: 3's a company Chris: 4,5,6 Chris: 3 numbers
