3 Medium Tomatoes
1 Medium Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Medium Green Bell Pepper

2/3 Large Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 5/8 tsp. Cilantro
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Corn or Canola Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 Splash Lemon Juice
Quarter 2 tomatoes, red pepper, green pepper, and onion. Place in blender and add water, cilantro, vinegar, and garlic. Use low setting on blender and chop just until contents are reduced to small chunks. In a medium frying pan, pour oil, and salsa mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. While heating, quarter last tomato, and habaneros, place in blender with salt and sugar. Blend on medium until contents are pureed. Stir contents of blender into heating mixture. Add lemon, boil for approximately 10 minutes, or until salsa reached desired consistency. Cool before serving.
Makes about 2 1/2 Cups salsa.
