rewire; awlgrip topsides; paint mast and boom; replace handrails on cabin
top; replace toe rail with 4" bullworks; 1/4" aluminum backing plates for
all deck hardware; new turnbuckles; new chainplates; new bronze rudder shoe
casting; chain and for steering
repair rotten core at various locations; epoxy injected delaminated core at
various locations;epoxy tabbed all bulkheads with 24 oz. biply; epoxy
tabbed athwartship floor beams under cabin sole; epoxy coated bilge and
painted with interlux barrier coat; 2 layers of 1.5 mat and epoxy on
bottom;
painted opening port frames and replaced glass with 1/4" lexan; fixed ports
replaced with 3/8" tinted lexan; all interior formica covered bulkheads
painted white; interior woodwork cleaned cetoled; new battery box; new
motor mounts; new plumbing; glassed over hull to deck joint in and out; new
engine gauges; and more .

What follows is a quick rundown of restoration, upgrades and
modifications I have accomplished on Secret Water, my Seabreeze 35.
Hull: Barrier coat bottom, re-core approximately 10% of deck, paint deck and
house.
Mechanical: Monel centerboard wire, engine beds, wiring and lighting fixtures,
plumbing, seacocks, propane stove and gas management system, Electrasan MSD,
VHF, speed and depth sounder.
Rigging: Standing and running rigging, Self tailing winches, internal halyards
and outhaul, halyard winches, mainsheet traveler and boom vang. Tri-radial 135%
genoa and full battened main. Roller furling system.
Interior: Pilot berth was modified by moving up seven inches and outboard 3
inches. Lockers and library space built into area of pilot berth. Lower transom
berth modified to extend to total 33 inches. All interior trim refinished and
teak grain formica resurfaced with new off white formica. Ice box insulation
renewed. Oil skin locker modified into two sections: outboard for dry stores and
inboard for trash.
Other: Anchoring sprit for 35# plow, dodger, Lewmar forward hatch, helmsmen's
seat, recessed engine instrument cluster.
