The Virtual Boy is a VERY cool system. It's the only TRUE 3D total
immersion system. For all of you who are scared that it will hurt your eyes:
it doesn't. It only hurts your eyes if you worry about it. Your mind
plays tricks on you. It's a standalone, table-top system, and it is *supposed*
to be portable, but you can't really take it in the car with you. I suppose
you could play it on the tray table of a plane or a train. It takes 6 AA
batteries(which last about 10 hours),or an AC adapter.
Controller: 8
The controller is my favorite controller of all time. It is SO comfortable!
It has 2 control pads, an A button and a B button, start and select buttons,
L and R buttons on the back, and the on/off switch is on it, too. The
handles fit your hand perfectly. The only problem is that it is a bit
bulky, but again, very comfortable.
Amount of software: 2.5
That is the only problem with this system. It just has NO GAMES. 14 of
them......wow. Nintendo wasn't concentrating on it enough. Also, there
lack of 3rd party support helped. The only reason this doesn't get a 0
or a 1.0 is that I like the games.
