How many times have you been driving in your car when you see a kid on a bicycle and say to the passenger, "How many points if I hit him?". Well, now you'll know because here is the official points list as distributed by the Federal Games Commision (FGC).
Vehicle Handicaps
All Terain Vehicles and Motocycles: Very fast and very mobile. They are the only vehicles set with a -10 hadicap.
Sport Cars: Since sport cars are generaly smaller, faster and more mobile, the driver of sport cars start out with zero points.
Small Trucks and Town Cars: Since smaller trucks and larger cars are slower and less mobile, they start off with a handicap value of +5 points.
Mini-Vans and Mid Size Pick Ups: Once again, a slower more cumbersome vehicle, the handicap is set at a handicap value of +8 points.
Full Size Pick Ups and Vans: Very Awkward. +12 handicap.
Construction Equipment and Farm Machinery: Check with local authorities.
Tartget Scoring
| 1 pt. | Garbage cans, mailboxes, recycle bins, previously killed animal or human. |
| 3 pts. | Lawn orniment, flower beds, gardens. |
| 5 pts. | Small Children (plus bike add 2pts), joggers, walkers, handicapped, wheel chaired citizens, small dogs, cats, birds, |
| 10 pts. | Teen agers (plus bike add 2 pts), runners, rollerbladers, skateboarders, power walkers, medium size animals |
| 15 pts. | Adults (pregnant add 3pts. plus bike add 2), Small vehicles(+1 per passenger) large animals such as deer and horses |
| 20 pts. | Mid size vehicles, pulled over vehicles(+1 per passenger) parked cars. |
| 25 pts. | Full size vehicles (+1 per passenger) |
These rules are vauge and leniants. Feel free to alter the
point system depending on your conditions and circumstances.
