Carlos the Jackrabbit is Eduardo's long lost brother. They were tragically separated at birth along with the rest of their siblings. Carlos lived in Columbia for several years as a limousine driver for the co-assistant to the assistant in charge of kleenex for one of Columbia's 2nd rate coffee company's board of directors. He was very enthusiastic about his job until he learned his employer's employer's employer was involved in illegal activities. So he found out about his brother Eduardo and came to Little Odessa to be reunited on Jenny Jones in a heartfelt and tear-jerking, yet scripted episode.
