N'tron smiles slyly as you ask about his fire lizards.

"Well these two are a couple of turns old.  I got their eggs as a present from my oldest sister and brother, C'fron and Crisma, about a sevenday or so after I became blind.  They got them from
Sapphire Weyr.  They'd thought that perhaps if I had a flit or two I'd be able to see through their eyes.  And lucky for me they were quite right.  For the rest of the time I was blind they were my eyes, seeing-eye fire lizards so to speak.  Until one of them let me see through their eyes I had no idea that they were a gold and a white."

"Wouldn't your parents or one of your syblings told you what color they were?" you ask the boy.

"I asked them not to tell me," he said simply, "I wanted my fire lizards to tell me.  Besides that, it happend when nobody was around and they both let me see through their eyes soon after I impressed them."

"My fire lizards, knowing that I couldn't see,  became, and still are, very protective of me usually. Sight's a little less protective though because she's very proceptive of people.  She can usually tell on sight if the person means to do harm or something along those lines."

"Seeker is some times overly protective of me.  Yet he's also my messenger, and has the easyest time of seeking out things I need so I think I named him well."

"Sight is older than seek by only a few moments, had she been second to hatch she would have been Seeker.  You see, I had it in my head at 11 turns that anybody who heard the names togeather would take out the 'and'  and realize that I was a 'sight seeker' at that time.  Now some may think it's meaningless."

He chuckles as he finishes, "Would you like to hear about
me, Zhantrenth, or do you have to go?"
