Our Rates:

(9% Transient Occupancy Tax will be added to all rates.)

Weekly (7 nights)
Single occupance - $565 plus tax
Double occupancy - $675 plus tax
For additional persons add $25 for each to weekly rate

Nightly
Single Occupancy - $100 plus tax
Double Occupancy - $120 plus tax
Additional persons (limit 4) $20 plus tax each per night
(6 persons maximum)

The cabin is available for rent year round. We do require a two night minimum on holiday weekends.

Our reservation deposit is one half of the total rental fee, paid in advance by check or money order made payable to Paul or Cindy Ammendolia, the remainder of the rental fee to be paid when you arrive. If you should need to cancel your reservation, we will refund your reservation deposit if we are able to re-rent the dates you reserve.

The cabin will accommodate 6 persons. Only the number of guests agreed upon at the time of your reservation are allowed unless you make other arrangements with us.

In addition to the queen-size bed in the bedroom, the living room has a double-bed futon sofa. We provide linens and blankets, or you can bring sleeping bags - just let us know what your needs will be.

We provide some freshly ground coffee, and a variety of teas. The kitchen is complete with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, and basic cooking items and spices. We furnish bathroom towels and soap, and laundry detergent. We do not provide cleaning service.

In order to keep our cabin clean and fresh for all our guests, we request no pets and no smoking.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. in order to allow us to get the cabin ready for our next guests.

If you decide to make a reservation, please copy, sign, and date our Rental Agreement Form and return it to us along with your rental deposit. Notify us by email (be sure to include your telephone number) or by phone to tentatively reserve your desired dates. Receipt of your deposit check and signed rental agreement will confirm your reservation. We operate on a first come, first served basis.
