The Routines are the exercises mixed together in various ways. They are the routines that I sometimes do for a work out during specific work out sessions. Also, they can add extra emphasis to certain areas by linking exercises together even slightly. I will try to design them to so that one can be worked one day, another the next work out day, etc, without straining one particular muscle group. Good Luck Training...
