We purchased Bristlecone Cabin and 40 acres
last August and are half-owners with Dee Brown.
The property
is located on 4 Mile Creek a couple of miles South of Fairplay. The
cabin sits at 11,000 feet and backs to national forest. The land
has a complete view of the valley below, pine and aspen, a large stream,
a pond in the Spring, and wildflowers gallore. We are the last property
on the road and have complete privacy.
Amenities:
Stream, mountains, and shed.
The cabin is not much, but it grows on you and comfortably sleeps four.
Paul has built a beautiful brick hearth for the wood burning stove and
hopes to install the stove this Spring. My father has installed two new
windows and is finishing the one in the front. Know of anyone who
repairs toilets?

The cabin is accessible by car June 15th through late October.
Otherwise dress warmly and carry a flare.
