Transloading to
your Angelfire
Homepage
This one's
complex, so if I we're you, I'd grab a pen and some
paper.
( ) = Info I used
Source
URL: Where the graphic, or whatever is coming from. (http://engine.coder.com/creaions/banner/tmp/banner_tmp_09_786193.gif)
Rename To: Don't rename it, it might get confsed with another in Angelfire. Besides you can rename it in Angelfire.
Your FTP Server: ftp.angelfire.com (ftp.angelfire.com)
Target Account Name: anonymous (yes, really) (anonymous)
Target Account Password: The e-mail you gave them. Be careful, it get's long and you can't see the letters. (v-man1697@webtv.net)
Directory: /incoming (type it exactly... the slash, then incoming) (/incoming)
Now, you did all that and then hit the Transload button. Angelfire will take a little while, and at the very bottom of all the writing, before the zap button, the last sentence should be something like, "Transloading was successful on this end...", but if you didn't get that, then you just might as well start all over again.
Next, log into Angelfire, and in your file manager where it says NEW (you know the only place you can type anyway), type in the graphic, or whatever's, name (banner_tmp_09_786193.gif) and hit the "Retreive from FTP" button. It will show up on your file manager, you can go ahead and rename it, and then your done.
