Other Replay Keyboards

Other replay keyboards include the Optigan, Orchestron, and Birotron. The first two used optically read disks with a principal similar to the way sound is recorded on movie film, but the tracks are loops on a circular disk. The Birotron used 8 track tape cartridges (really!) and was the brainchild of Rick Wakeman.
